You can use your Block hours any way and at anytime you need to… they can cover, any emergency or scheduled services, project work and consulting time used will be deducted from your hours purchased and unused monies carry over from year to year.

Your Custom Phone and Remote services to resolve service issues and make updates to systems on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis for emergency and non emergency support.

Warranty Management As Part of our agreement Premier will audit the warranty status of all computer equipment and make recommendations to upgrade to multi-year extended warranties where they apply.

Annual Technology Review and creation of a Network Document book to establish a baseline for development of a formal “Technology Road-Map”.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Premier will work to create a Business Continuity plan based on the Network Documentation to establish a process and steps to complete redundancy for all Networks.
